Special guest speakers from The Hey Mate Project and the Get Real podcast will explore topics such as how to harness the power of your mind and change a negative mindset, as well as general tips to boost focus and wellbeing.
Aimee Davies from The Hey Mate Project will present Creative Minds, Healthy Lives, focusing on practical, inclusive tools to support mental health and wellbeing in creative and community settings. Key themes will include creative burnout, stress management, resilience, community care and understanding mental health in everyday life.
Pop by the Distracted booth for creative activities throughout the afternoon and explore a variety of support services at information stalls.
Guests are welcome to attend the full symposium or drop in at any time to explore the workshops or stalls.
