Active Art month returns to the RPAC in October and November to fill our Studio space with the joy of dance.

Discover the art of movement and the benefits of an active lifestyle with Wellness Wednesdays — a celebration of dance in its many expressions. From the graceful precision of ballet to the uninhibited freedom of freestyle, every step becomes a work of art, and every movement supports wellbeing.

Join us at RPAC for these inspiring experiences:

  • Adult Ballet for All Abilities
A ballet and repertoire class for adults with standing and seated options, suitable for all experience and ability levels.  Designed for those new to ballet or seeking a supported, adapted movement experience.
    Wednesdays at 10am

  • Ballet for Adults and Active Seniors
A ballet and repertoire class for adults and active seniors, designed for those with some prior ballet experience — even if it’s been many years — this class blends artistry and fitness for a vibrant, active life.
    Wednesdays at 11.30am

  • No Lights No Lycra – Redlands Coast
The lights go out, the music goes on, and you dance like nobody’s watching in this liberating freestyle experience. With no lights, no lycra, no teacher, no choreography and no technique to master, you can let go completely, shake out the stresses of the week, move at your own pace, and lose yourself in the music.
    Wednesdays at 5.45pm

Because art isn’t just something you see — it’s something you feel, live, and move through.

Active Art invites Redland City to embrace the beauty of dance and movement as a cornerstone of health, creativity, and community.
