The Janis Joplin Experience
Piece of My Heart takes the audience on a psychedelic journey through the life and music of the legendary icon, Janis Joplin, 50 years since her passing. Janice Smithers is Janice by name & Janis by nature with an uncanny ability to deliver an accurate portrayal of Joplin’s unique vocal style with songs like Me and Bobby McGee, Cry Baby, Get it While you can and many more delivered by a rocking all-star band.
The little known story of Joplin’s life is weaved in by the narrator Sean Trethaway.
Audiences are invited to join the fun by dressing in their best psychedelic 60’s outfit.
