A monstrous afternoon of music in support of a good cause
Join us for an afternoon of spectacular music for a great cause when South of the River Community Band, alongside friends and special guests, including Redland City Choir and featured local soloists, present a spine-tingling program inspired by menacing creatures and tales of folklore. Highlights include Eric Whitacre’s Godzilla Eats Las Vegas! along with epic moments from stage and screen.
South of the River Community Band are delighted to welcome back guest conductors Mr Desmond Ng (Singapore) and local music legend, Mr Philip Davis to form a monstrous trio with our very own Musical Director, Mr Jacob Cavanough, to champion our forces on their quest.
All profits and donations from this concert will go to Redland Foundation to support local community members in need.
