Experience an unforgettable evening with the award-winning singer-songwriter Ella Hooper live in concert.

Renowned for her role in the rock band Killing Heidi, Ella has seamlessly transitioned into a flourishing solo career, showcasing her prowess in lyric-driven country, folk, and Americana music.

Joining her for this intimate concert is versatile multi-instrumentalist Michael Hubbard (The Blue Bottles, Eagle and the Worm) on guitar, dobro, banjo and harmonica.

Ella Hooper's performance features songs from her chart-topping 2023 album, 'Small Town Temple,' a soulful exploration of her emotional connection to family, hometown, and childhood. Having debuted at no. 1 on the Australian country charts, the album showcases Ella's evolution from a powerhouse rock frontwoman to a masterful singer-songwriter and storyteller.

A five-time ARIA award winner, including the prestigious Most Popular in 2001, Ella captivates her loyal fan base by seamlessly weaving personal anecdotes into the narrative of the show. From her days as a rock icon to her current role as a radio and TV personality, Ella's journey unfolds intimately on stage, creating a personal connection with her audience.

The concert features a selection of enchanting songs, including 'Small Town Temple', 'Grow Wild', 'Old News', 'Achilles Heel', 'Words like These', and the recent duet with Van Walker, 'Forever Ain't So Long'. As a special treat, Ella will also share glimpses of her new collection of music to be released in 2024.

Immerse yourself in the rich emotional tapestry of Ella Hooper's storytelling, where each song is accompanied by poignant narratives, telling her sometimes funny, sometimes touching stories in between the songs, making it an intimate, up close and personal experience not to be missed.

Opening the show is critically acclaimed singer songwriter, Melody Pool. Hailing from Kurri Kurri NSW, Melody has captured the hearts of discerning listeners both in Australia and overseas, touring with luminaries like the Milk Carton Kids and The Eagles. As Melody approaches the release of her greatly anticipated third album, she will join Ella for the entire tour. As Ella and Melody are longtime collaborators and friends, they revel in the chance to bring to the stage the heart and soul of their connection.

Melody will not only open the show but join Ella for the close of hers, bringing the soaring harmonies she is known for to Ella’s most powerful songs and a few covers of their favourite artists classics to boot.
