Reservations

You can buy your tickets online, by telephone or in person.

Online seating allocation is from the very best seats available at time of booking, system wide. Our automated, online ticket office is connected in real time to our box office ticketing system.

To discuss your seating preference with our staff, please contact Redland Performing Arts Centre on 07 3829 8131 or come and see us in person. Unfortunately we are unable to provide special assistance when you book tickets online because the system automatically allocates the best available seats without taking your access needs into account.

Collection of Tickets

Tickets purchased by credit card over the phone may be collected from the box office during Redland Performing Arts Centre (RPAC) standard ticketing operating hours and up until half an hour following the start of the performance.

Tickets not collected half an hour after the start of the performance will be forwarded to the front of house coordinator for collection in the foyer.

Full price tickets purchased by phone may be posted for an additional fee of $0.70 per transaction, provided the phone booking is made no less than 5 days prior to the performance.

All tickets purchased online must be collected in person from Redland Performing Arts Centre box office half an hour prior to the start of the performance. Tickets purchased online cannot be posted.

Tickets sold at a concession rate may be collected from the Redland Performing Arts Centre box office upon presentation of appropriate identification.

Booking Fees

Tickets purchased online attract a booking fee of $2.00 per transaction.

Tickets purchased through RPAC Ticketing by telephone or in person at RPAC box office do not attract a booking fee.

Concession Policy

Proof of eligibility of concession must be presented to RPAC ticketing staff upon collection of tickets.

Unless otherwise stated, Child’s concessions are available to patrons aged 14 years and under. Seniors discounts apply only to holders of QLD Seniors or Pensioner Cards. Student discounts apply only to fulltime students.
 
Concession availability is at the discretion of the production promoter and may vary per production or performance. Some concession types and promotional offers may not be available online. All available concessions can be purchased over the phone or in person.

Infants Policy

RPAC believes in fostering an appreciation of the performing arts in young audiences as well as providing an environment in which all patrons can enjoy live theatre.

Everyone attending a paid performance at Redland Performing Arts Centre, including children, must hold a valid ticket for that performance except babes in arms (under 12 months), who will be admitted to performances to be nursed in a parent's arms.  Babes in arms must remain in their parent's arms at all times.

Parents must notify the RPAC box office of the baby's attendance upon arrival at the venue, a proxy ticket will be issued, free of charge, to ensure we have accurate attendance figures at each event.

Late Arrival

Latecomers may not be admitted into the auditorium until there is a suitable break in the performance. This is at the discretion of the production company. Please contact Redland Performing Arts Centre Ticketing for details specific to the performance you have purchased.
