Redland Performing Arts Centre (RPAC) offers a number of access and special assistance inititatives including:
RPAC provides an Induction Loop Hearing Assistance system for patrons who require hearing assistance. Headset receivers are available for collection prior to the performance from the front of house staff, or it is possible for patrons to use their own hearing aids to access the system. The Induction Loop Hearing Assistance System is available for all performances in The Concert Hall. To access this service you need to advise ticketing staff at the time of purchasing your tickets. Please allow extra time prior to the start of the performance to collect the receiver from the Front of House Coordinator or the box office.
If you require mobility assistance please contact Redland Performing Arts Centre Ticketing so we can accommodate your needs. Please let us know if you need to • access seating at the end of a row or • if you need to avoid stairs Please contact RPAC Ticketing by phone on 3829 8131 or in person. Unfortunately we are unable to provide special assistance when you book tickets online because the system automatically allocates the best available seats without taking your access needs into account. There is lift access to the first balcony in The Concert Hall. Wheelchair seating can be provided on the upper and middle sections of The Concert Hall and can be accommodated in all other Centre venues.
