Our Messages of Hope - Exploring mental health through creativity
John Parke, 5Word Productions

Shining a light of hope on mental health

Our Messages of Hope is an uplifting, creative and inspiring show, featuring short films and performances that explore issues relating to mental health through creativity. Large sculptures of sea creatures suspended above the audience set the scene for an entertaining event.

Mental health is not just about surviving and struggling; it can be about thriving.

A creative journey can be a healing experience.
